Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of energy efficiency or demand-side management programsServe as the primary point of contact for utility clients, implementation partners, and internal stakeholdersOversee program performance to ensure goals, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are metMonitor program metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for stakeholdersEnsure compliance with program guidelines, contracts, and regulatory requirementsQualifications
Experience in program management, project management, or a related operational roleProven experience managing client-facing programs, preferably in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or public-sector servicesStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or program management systems is an assetPreferred Qualifications
