Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production lines
• Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment
• Liaise with staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
• Maintain a stock of raw materials required online at all times
• Operate and monitor machinery that palletizes finished products as needed
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system
• Operate forklift and perform manual lifting as required
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Previous experience in food production lines preferred
• Ability to work rotating continental shifts—2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights (7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am)
