Music / Drama Teacher

Overview

Elk Island Catholic Schools, Sherwood Park, Alberta. We are accepting applications for a Music / Drama Teacher at St Theresa Catholic School with a job allocation of 0.76 FTE (part time). This is a temporary position running from March 18, 2026, through June 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in music, drama, movement, and performance-based learning
• Support students in developing skills in voice, rhythm, movement, and expressive communication
• Guide students in acting, improvisation, script work, and stage presence
• Foster musical literacy through active, hands-on participation
• Build student confidence and creativity through performance-based experiences
