YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER :
Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale enterprise IT environments.Guide teams to craft reliable, scalable, innovative solutions using modern technology stacks.Manage vendor relationships and contracts for key IT solutions, including cloud platforms, network security, and hardwareOversee and manage IT networks and systems budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost management.Manage remote staff across diverse cultural regions, demonstrating empathy, mentorship, and HR skills, to foster a motivated, collaborative, loyal team.Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices for IT systems and security.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale Enterprise grade IT environmentsIn-depth knowledge of security standards and practices.Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts, and lead and empower peopleDeep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT challenges.
