Today VIKING has offices in the country's 16 largest citiesResponsabilitésWorking within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company to adequately meet our clients' expectations and guarantee them fully compliant fire alarm systems. You will mainly be responsible for the verification, programming, service and inspection of fire alarm systems according to standards and codes. Among other things, your responsibilities will be : - Assist fully certified technicians with preparation, assembly, programming, initial start-up and verification of new fire alarm system, as well as project management;- Assist fully certified technicians with Inspection, service and troubleshooting of existing fire alarm systems;- Assist with preparation of inspection, verification and deficiencies reports in a timely manner;QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE : If you are enthusiastic, have the desire to be a team player and dedicated in offering excellent customer service, this position could offer the challenges and growth you are looking for.- Fundamentals in electronics or electricity or Fire Science Technology or equivalent training and experience is an asset ;- Willingness to learn ;- CFAA Registration or willing to work toward CFAA registration; - Knowledge of Notifier products and / or fire systems; - Experience in programming fire alarm panels; - Working knowledge of CAN / ULC standards S524, S536 and S537; - Valid driver's license (mandatory); - Ability to work well independently; - Strong customer service skills.Candidates meeting the above requirements could be eligible to a bonus of $1000.
