Hourly salary of $30.03.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime (37.50 hoursper week).
Work schedule from9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Hybridwork : 3 remote days 2 office days (on Tuesdays andWednesdays).

Responsibilities :
Accurately and promptly reviews and processes incomingtransactions.
Delivers excellentservice to both internal and external clients through variouscommunication channels such as emails phone calls orcorrespondence.
Responds to inquiries by conducting thoroughresearch and analysis identifying the most effective solution andaccurately processing necessaryoperations.
Collaborates withteams in different offices to manage dynamic work volumes and meetservice standards.
Maintains apositive attitude while actively seeking solutions toproblems.
Contributes toenhancing service efficiency by proposing and implementing processimprovements.
Effectivelycollaborates with other departments within Disbursementservices.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).
College diploma orrelevant work experience.
