Shop Labourer

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in a variety of physical tasks to help keep the shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong hand-eye coordination, and have experience using hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are in rent-ready condition.

· Communicate with management and co-workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

· Work effectively to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory.

· Organize and maintain cleanliness of shop.

· Make deliveries and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment.

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

· Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
