Our client is a successful and well-established real estate developer looking to hire an Accounting Systems Analyst on a full-time basis to work from their lovely offices in downtown Burlington (ample free parking).

About the Role :

The Accounting Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the conversion to / implementation of a new home builder software application. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

Key Responsibilities :

Execute precise data entry of system data into a new system environment
Always uphold data integrity and confidentiality
Regularly assess and update existing data to ensure accuracy
Collaborate effectively with team members on data-related and all other tasks
Accept the challenge of learning new tasks and skills as directed
Willingness to learn and evolve in this role as needed

Required Skills :

Outstanding organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication abilities, both oral and written

Proficient in data entry and management tools

Capacity to work independently

Basic bookkeeping knowledge but willingness to expand this knowledge as needed

Qualifications :

Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related discipline

Strong emphasis on detail and precision

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping / accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.

Previous experience in the Residential Home Building industry would be an asset.
