Secondary School Junior Science and Math Teacher

Overview

Khalsa Secondary School is seeking a Secondary School Science and Math teacher for our Sikh faith-based school located at 10589 124 Street. We are an IB MYP authorized World School and an AP Level 2 school. We are a growing school with opportunities. Academic teachers do not have to be observers of the faith; teachers from all diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Our teachers are supported and have a prep in each semester. Start date : January 27, 2026.

Currently, we have one Secondary School Science and Math teacher opening for January 27, 2026. We recognize North American teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure all students understand the material
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
