About the role :
As an Educator at Compass ELC Durham School Age, you will work alongside one of our school-age programs. You'll join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to nurturing young minds. This role will work with children, families, and community partners to create enriching learning experiences based on their interests and passions. You'll work hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a split-shift role, with some additional hours supporting documentation time, program planning, team meetings, and professional learning opportunities. This role will switch to full time hours during PA day, March Break, Winter Break, and Summer Camp periods.
