Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cremation equipment and C.E.M.S units according to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure the proper handling, dignity and respectful treatment of human and cremated remains at all times.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of the cremation process and all subsequent records.
• Professional communication with funeral homes.
• Clear & kind communication with families.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Provide support to families during the cremation process.
• Processing and respectful packaging of remains.
• Cleaning and maintenance of witnessing rooms.
• Adherence to all workplace safety regulations.
