We are looking for a Turnaround Coordinator who will play a key role in managing document control processes ensuring the accurate organization and tracking of project documentation. They will be responsible for distributing documents maintaining efficient filing systems and upholding compliance with project standards.

This position is site based out Chalk River ON.

What You Will Be Working On :

Maintains document registries.

Receives stamps dates and logs drawings and distributes them appropriately

Creates and sends transmittals to clients and subcontractors.

Ensures all superseded drawings and documents are removed from service.

Assists in the maintenance of as-built drawings.

Supports the construction and quality teams with document requests.

Assists in the creation organization and filing of turnover documentation.

What We Are Looking For :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1-2 years experience working with document management software and having completed as-built drawings in Bluebeam or Adobe Pro.

Superior knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint and Internet.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

Strong interpersonal critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills including effective prioritization and follow up.

Self-motivated action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging fast paced environment.
