Job description

As Game Operations Manager, you will be joining our amazing Product and Game Ops Team for two of our most successful games (Big Fish Casino & Jackpot Magic Slots). You will be tasked with optimizing the lifecycle of our feature sets, developing AB testing strategies, analyzing impact to our players, as well as assisting the wider live operations team. You will aim to improve player user experience, as well as increase engagement, monetization, and retention.

What You'll Do

Lifecycle management of our core feature sets - through hypothesis testing, analysis, and iteration

Support in development of our ongoing content strategy and optimization

Fine-tune the performance of our sales, monetization & retention cycles, game launches, events, customer onboarding, etc.

Understanding the performance of your activities, reporting on relevant KPIs, and sharing the learnings with the wider business.

Working closely with the Product Team to implement new features and maximize their performance post-launch.

Coming up with innovative concepts to test via running LiveOps campaigns.

Following industry trends and competitor offerings.

Closely collaborating with other teams across the business : Art, Product, Data Science, Solutions, Social Media, VIP, Customer Service.

Creating detailed art briefs and writing engaging marketing messages.

What We're Looking For

Preferred experienced Product Manager, with 5-7 years of experience in Live Game Support (GameOps / LiveOps)

Knowledge of the market and how other companies engage their audience (F2P and / or Social Casino).

Strong data and visualization background (Tableau, Looker); SQL knowledge is a plus.

Good understanding of how to utilize different communication channels to achieve best results.

Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously with a strong sense of priorities to get things done most efficiently.

Experience implementing and managing initiatives led by personalization, customer segmentation, and LTV of customers.
