Auditing and overseeing contract delivery
Monitoring and auditing work performed by contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and contract terms.
Preparing inspections, technical reports, and documentation to support contract administration and quality assurance.
Inspecting and supporting safe highway operations
Conducting regular road and bridge inspections to identify hazards, monitor maintenance activities, and recommend corrective actions.
Reviewing work zone traffic accommodations and addressing public concerns related to safety and service quality.
Supporting planning, innovation, and public programs
Assisting with project estimates, service agreements, and maintenance strategies to inform long-term planning and policy development.
Leading delivery of community-facing programs such as the annual Highway Clean-up and Adopt-a-Highway initiatives, including coordination, communication, and reporting.
