Assistant Project Manager – Galway

Overview

Our client is T1 Main Contractor. They are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside the Project Manager on a 2-year commercial project in Galway city.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract, managing delivery to the agreed level of quality, programme and budget
• Quality assurance
• Assisting PM with project budgets, monitoring expenditures and costs working closely with QS team
• Facilitating the appointment of subcontractors.
• Managing communications with various stakeholders.
• Project coordination & reporting
• Document management
• Health & Safety
• Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc in order to maximise commercial profitability.
• Standing in for PM from time to time at client and subcontractor meetings
