We are currently looking for a Delivery Driver Supervisor , based out of our Courtice head office location, to lead a team of dedicated drivers. Duties & Responsibilities :
Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.Ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols and company policies.Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, driver metrics, and operational efficiency.Work closely with internal teams to align delivery schedules with business needs.Act as a ‘back-up’ Delivery and Recovery Driver as needed to support business needs.5+ years fleet / logistics environmentProven experience in coaching, mentoring, and / or training team membersStrong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and safety standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good organizational and time management skillsCustomer FocusedOther Considerations
