We are looking for a Field Maintenance Supervisor who will focus on field repairs, and overseeing and scheduling of field mechanics on construction equipment in the field.

Are you a licensed Heavy-Duty mechanic with experience in a supervisory role? Do you have experience working on fleet vehicles, as well as with heavy equipment (For example, skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment) If so, we have an opportunity for you! You must possess a Heavy Duty Mechanic License to qualify for this role.
What You Will Be Doing :
Supervision and mentorship of mechanics / welders in the fieldScheduling and overseeing repairs and preventative maintenanceScheduling and overseeing work on various construction equipment in the fieldInvolvement in the planning, scheduling and completion of maintenance and repair of all portable and stationary plant sites (Asphalt / Concrete) as well as gravel sitesAssist mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnosing problemsWork with other personnel within the maintenance department to ensure all service and repairs are completed in an efficient and timely mannerWork with personnel across other departments to ensure organizational needs are met and equipment is available when requiredRequirements
Required Qualifications :
Must have a Heavy Duty Technician licenseValid CVIP licens eMinimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor rolePrevious production facility experience such as asphalt plant, concrete plant, gravel yard, and crusherMust be able to pass a pre-employment fit to work medical assessmentValid Class 5 Drivers License & Clean 5-year commercial abstractDesired Skills :
