The Account Supervisor is a driving force in client leadership at Cossette. They’re the trusted partner who owns the day-to-day and sets the bar for strategic thinking and execution. Equal parts strategist, tactician, and industry disruptor, they lead with confidence—delivering bold, high-impact work that moves business and culture. They don’t just solve problems, they anticipate them—applying sharp instincts and creative rigor to every challenge. With a relentless focus on growth, they spot opportunities others miss—unlocking new value for clients and raising the game for internal teams. Entrepreneurial, decisive, and fearless in complexity, they rally cross-functional teams and shape what’s next for both clients and the agency.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000- $75,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Relationships: Be a go-to partner for mid- to senior-level clients—building trust, offering strategic counsel, and guiding decisions with confidence. Anticipate their needs, elevate conversations, and drive long-term value through strong, insight-driven relationships.
  • Strategic Viewpoint: Be steps ahead. Connect market intelligence, cultural shifts, and business priorities to shape powerful strategies. Bring a thoughtful, agile mindset to problem-solving and leverage digital tools like AI to uncover insights and respond to unexpected challenges.
  • Financial Accountability: Own project-level financial health from scoping through delivery. Track budgets, ensure profitability, and champion smart financial practices across the team. Proactively address scope changes and empower teams to manage financials with clarity and confidence.
  • Organic Growth & Delivery: Deliver with impact and ambition. Oversee project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business—expanding Cossette and Plus Company’s value.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Lead by lifting others. Provide direct mentorship, feedback, and development plans that help team members grow. Model a culture of curiosity, quality, and continuous learning—embedding AI and innovation into everyday thinking and empowering more junior talent to raise their bar.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on client management, strategic support, budget management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong background in managing integrated campaigns and overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with mid-to-senior level clients and influence marketing decisions through insight-led recommendations.
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing market trends, business challenges, and competitive landscapes to shape insightful strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills with an ability to translate complexity into clarity for clients and internal teams.
  • Financial acumen—comfortable managing budgets, scopes, and financial performance across multiple projects.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset—proactive in identifying opportunities and expanding agency impact across accounts.
  • Adept at leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to enhance trend analysis, creative thinking, and strategic foresight.
  • Deep curiosity for client industries, paired with the ability to connect internal expertise to evolving client needs.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
