Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an agile development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and across the organization.
- Manage project deliverables, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of web applications utilizing the client's platform.
- Lead the development efforts for both server-side and client-side JavaScript applications.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Integrate applications with various systems to achieve seamless interoperability.
- Develop and implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide remote support to clients for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure comprehensive developer-level testing is conducted to guarantee the reliability and functionality of applications.
- Assist in reproducing and resolving reported issues to maintain the highest quality standards.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience with JavaScript development for both server-side (Node.js) and client-side.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
- Strong knowledge of No SQL
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
- Experience with automated build systems like Jenkins.
- Strong nice to have- Knowledge of .NET, C#, and ASPX.
- Experience working in the Automotive Industry is an asset.
