We are looking for a RESIDENTIAL PRODUCTION FINISHING CARPENTER & ASSISTANT PROJECT LEAD for our Edmonton, AB Vertically Integrated Builder

They design, build, and manage our own rental homes from framing through finish, backed by an in-house carpentry crew and hands-on property management under Front Porch Communities. Position Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Residential Production Finishing Carpenter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to transition into a leadership role. You will spend approximately 50% of your time installing interior doors, baseboard, casing and other trim on entry-level homes, and 50% leading a small crew and supporting project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Finishing Carpentry (50%)

• Install interior doors, door hardware, baseboards, casings, window trim and related finish work on entry-level homes
• Maintain high production rates while ensuring quality standards and code compliance
• Read and interpret finish schedules and blueprints
