POSITION : Robotics Specialist REPORTS TO : Projects and Engineering
We are looking for a Robotics Specialist to join our team. The Robotics Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic systems that optimize production efficiency and product Quality at Silver Hills production facilities. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem-solver with experience in Robotics, Automation and Control Systems.
The Robotics Specialist will work in a multi-team environment alongside Engineering and Production as required. You will work collaboratively with the design, engineering, and production teams, as well as maintenance and quality assurance, to continuously improve equipment, systems, and facilities engaged in the development and production of Silver Hills’ innovative products.

Diploma, certification, or degree in Electrical / Automation / Mechatronics EngineeringMinimum 4 years hands-on experience working with RoboticsExperience with Fanuc and ABB Robots a strong assetExperience with PLCs and HMIsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and TCP / IP networkingAbility to read and interpret electrical drawingsProficiency in Solidworks or InventorAbility to troubleshoot a variety of electrical and mechanical problems.Benefits
