Local Position (Non-Camp / Non-FIFO)

Location : Acden Taiganova Headquarters, Fort McMurray, Alberta

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?

Our Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the bidding and contracting activities performed within the administrative services team. Collaborating with internal departments as well as General Managers and other internal stakeholders, you will help create compelling value proposition to position Acden's services to current and prospective clients.

What does Acden need from me?

Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary program; studying Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Must be under 30 years of age and at minimum be a permanent resident per Canada Summer Job requirement.

Proficiency in the use and understanding of Microsoft Office suites, Cloud Software, CSM and other related software.

Excellent written communication skills for creating reports, correspondence, contracts, requests, bids, and other documentation.

Successful clearance of comprehensive drug, alcohol, and audiometric testing is required.

Knowledge and / or training completed in Indigenous awareness is an asset.

An ambitious nature with highly developed administrative and organizational skills is an asset.
