Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive team player to join us as a full time Call Center Representative.

We operate 7 days / week, 6 am to midnight. This is a full time, permanent position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service
• Assist other Representatives as required depending on call volumes and / or specialization
• Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and / or other parties using the equipment, training and / or tools provided by SNT.
• Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required
• Respond to crew questions in a timely manner
• Complete all required paperwork
