Location : Various locations across Ontario

As a Construction Lawyer, you will provide legal expertise in construction-related matters including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations. You will work with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to manage legal risks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
  • Represent clients in construction-related disputes and litigation.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Provide legal counsel on construction liens and project financing.

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar membership in good standing.
  • Experience in construction law or real estate development.
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.
