Our client is seeking a Process Manager for the Risk Office, dedicated to enhancing business processes, managing risks, and ensuring effective controls.
This role involves evaluating and improving business procedures, analyzing data to assess performance, and applying methods like Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and services, leveraging their communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive key initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience and continuous improvement methodologies is required.
The preferred candidate should have experience in the financial industry, Agile workplace environments, and proficiency in process management

As a Process Manager, you will work with extended teams across the enterprise to manage risk and improve business processes.
Responsibilities
Design and manage the daily process flow including process measurement, analysis, and responding to breakdowns as needed
Support a defined framework for prioritizing, delivering, and driving efficiencies to create better experiences for our customers
Apply management skills such as communications and change leadership to help drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement
Learn and leverage process management tools and techniques that are part of the Design, Manage and Improve system
Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and ensure documentation is relevant and updated
Perform quality assurance routines on existing processes
Build expertise in the tools and interactions that are a part of your process and use that expertise to enable stakeholders in the process to successfully play their roles
Consult with the business on building a strong control environment for mitigating risk and addressing regulatory obligations
Consult with the business on best practices for navigating operational and regulatory breakdowns
Manage the day to day operations and prioritization of key initiatives within a Risk Governance team / pod
Conduct data analysis and build and maintain risk insights and reporting products
Manage and improve risk management processes with quality to ensure processes are performing as expected in an ever evolving risk and regulatory landscape
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of experience designing, building, managing and improving processes
At least 2 years experience working in a cross-functional environment, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
Experience working in the Financial Industry
Experience working in an Agile workplace environment
Experience of using Lean & Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in SQL, Tableau and other data analytical techniques
Experience in process excellence or consulting
