About This Job :

The People Operations Partner will provide multi-country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all People topics. They will also be responsible for resolving employee relations issues and supporting and advising leaders on HR-related matters and policies. The People Operations Partner will work closely with teams across the HR function across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.
• Responsible for all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence)
• Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs.
• Providing support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards).
