JOB SUMMARY :

The Nursing Reserve Unit (NRU) is looking for nurses who are passionate about providing excellent patient care. As a member of this dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of diverse inpatient and outpatient units providing care to patients across the lifespan. This position provides the opportunity to “learn and grown as you go” through the supports provided on each unit. If you are looking for variety and something new each day, then the Nursing Reserve Unit is the right place for you.

Education :

• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma
• Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• Current BCLS required

Therefore, depending on the program for which you are applying, it may be an expectation that you are available to work week days and weekends, as well as all shifts - days, evenings, and nights.
