Document Clerk Our client in the insurance industry is looking for two Document Clerks to manage and process mail for digital imaging, ensuring timely and accurate processing for various Business Units.
Responsibilities include operating high-speed scanners, troubleshooting imaging issues, and maintaining workflow efficiency to meet Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities :
- Open, prepare, and sort all incoming mail for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
- Receive, sort, and dispatch mail as required.
- Analyze documents to categorize them according to Business Unit (Individual Life, Wealth Management, Affinity, GSRS, Bank, and / or Group).
- Operate high-speed scanners and monitor workflow queues to resolve imaging issues.
- Maintain consistent workflow, set priorities, and meet Service Level Agreements.
What you will need to succeed :
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Experience in mailing services (, UPS or Canada Post) is an asset.
- Familiarity with AWD, CICS, Lotus Notes, IAS, Compass, InfoDirect is a plus.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot office equipment.
- Ability to recognize and categorize a wide variety of documents.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing fluctuating work volumes and setting short-term priorities.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is an asset.
