As an Operations Manager , you will provide operations leadership and support to Horizon North's workforce accommodations projects.
Your work will include :
- Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Horizon North in advancing the goals of the organization.
- Organize managers and employees, determine staffing requirements
- Overall Management of multi-disciplinary teams of staff including culinary, cleaning, and maintenance
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Completing reports
- Align strategies with KPI requirements
