Job description
Randstad Victoria is now looking for an Order Management Specialist, you will be the frontline connection between client and our customers—responding to inquiries, managing sales orders, and ensuring seamless post-sale support. You’ll help maintain operational excellence while embodying the companies commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and care.

Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
-Review and process purchase orders, quotes, and sales agreements
-Assist with billing, warranty claims, product-related questions, and order fulfillment
-Document and escalate customer complaints when needed
-Support internal teams with customer-related reporting
-Provide in-house guidance for non-technical support topics
-Meet weekly and monthly performance goals, collaborating cross-functionally to support team success

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or post-secondary education
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
-Proficient data entry skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
-Strong comprehension of sales documentation and ability to generate customer reports
-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and investigative approach
