Dispatcher  – (LTL) Join a dynamic team in the transportation and logistics industry as a Dispatcher at our Montreal location. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating pick-up and delivery operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for cargo pick-up and delivery to customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers to balance driver health and safety with customer requirements.
• Contribute to achieving operational goals such as on-time delivery percentage and stops per hour.
• Manage delivery punctuality and maintain regular contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Plan pick-up and delivery activities by assigning necessary personnel to meet objectives.
