If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.The Manager, Advanced Quality is responsible for leading quality planning and assurance activities for new product development and continuous improvement initiatives at Masco Canada. This role ensures quality is built into products and processes from the early design phase through to production. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain—the Manager drives the implementation of advanced quality tools, manages risk assessments, and ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements to deliver high-quality, reliable products.## Lead quality planning activities for new product development projects Integrate quality standards and controls throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align quality expectations Implement advanced quality tools (e.g., APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP) Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential product or process failures Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory quality requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes Support quality reviews, audits, and corrective action programs Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field Certification in Quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is preferred Familiarity with industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)## ## CRITICAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering or quality management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of advanced quality planning tools and methodologies (e.g., APQP, FMEA, PPAP) Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive accountability Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and implement effective solutions Effective communication skills for engaging with teams, suppliers, and customers Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities Proactive and process-focused approach to continuous improvement and risk mitigation Working knowledge of regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements Competitive Rewards and Compensation Defined Contribution Registered Pension Plan (optional) with employer matching Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP) Benefit insurance coverage from Day 1, including health, dental, and travel insurance Employee Assistance Program (Dialogue) – access to health and wellness resources Employee Store, Employee Purchase Program, Dell Discount Program, GoodLife Fitness Discounts, and more 2 paid volunteer days to support the communities we live and work in Opportunities for development and growth, including Onboarding, Buddy and Mentoring programs, LinkedIn Learning, and other virtual and in-class learning opportunities Participation in employee-led committees such as the Wellness Committee, Masco United (DE&I Committee), Philanthropy Committee, Organizational Pulse Committee, or employee impact groups Over a Century of Excellence – With more than 100 years of experience , Masco Canada has established itself as a leader in the building and home improvement industry Diverse Brand Portfolio – We proudly offer 12+ brands delivering 20,000+ innovative water solutions , shaping the future of plumbing and home improvement.
