Our client is seeking a SR Business Analyst with Maximo experience to support project deliverables

Location Alberta-based, must be in office minimum 3-days / week
Responsibilities :
- Understand technology needs and objectives to work with SMEs and business users in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.
- Work with business to identify, understand and document the current state project structure and business processes for automation, and improvement.
- Compile documentation to capture business and technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders and 3rd party experts to understand, assess, document
and design the future state business processes and project solution.
- Understand and validate the proposed technical solution against business requirements.
- Define and document business use cases.
- Support business testing of projects solution (e.g. test scripts, user acceptance testing).
Must have :
- 8+ years as a Business analyst with Maximo experience
- Strong ability in process design and mapping with Maximo
- Strong group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of database functionality and data management practices
Nice to have :
- Oracle systems : Oracle Field Service, Customer Cloud Service,
- Integration Cloud Experience with Atlassian’s Jira software
- GIS / Esri / Utility Network
- System integration practices and methods
- Understanding and proven record working with a Utility Network.
- Experience in the Utility Infrastructure Industry.
- Experience in a regulated environment (i.e. Utility).
