Job description? What We’re Looking For : 5+ years of HVAC industry experience G2 certification (minimum) Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM / LMS platforms Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success Experience in adult education or private career colleges is an asset, but not required ? Preferred Qualifications : 48 months of recent HVAC work / teaching experience OR 24 months of experience plus one of the following : Bachelor’s degree (Canadian or equivalent) College diploma or equivalent ? - ? What You’ll Do :
- Teach HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings (in-person and online)
- Engage students through lectures, hands-on activities, and industry-relevant content
- Track attendance, assess performance, and support student retention and success
- Maintain an organized and professional learning environment
- Collaborate with staff, Career Services, and participate in school events
Stay up to date with HVAC industry trends and maintain required certifications
Two professional references verifying industry or teaching experience
Trade certification (Ontario College of Trades or equivalent)
