Manufacturing Associate

Staffmax is supporting our client in hiring reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are dedicated to quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Edmonton, AB

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards

• Follow production schedules and ensure daily targets are met

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area

• Perform basic machine setup and assist with troubleshooting as needed

• Accurately complete production documentation and report any issues to supervisors

• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs

• High attention to detail and a commitment to product quality

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
