The Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring an organized and safe lot for the service as well as the sales department.

Safely operate a Forklift or tow vehicleMaintaining an organized, safe and efficient lot for the service and sales departmentAssisting with the transport, setup and take down of offsite tradeshow vehicles and displaysMoves all units and ensure the lots are arranged neatly (string line straight rows)Ensure slides, jacks and compartment doors are stowed away before moving unitsMaintaining cleanliness of the dealership and lotEnsure customer parking is always availableReport any lot damage immediately (with stock # and pictures) to supervisorReport any unit maintenance / defects to supervisor immediatelyEnsure lot is free of debris and excessive dirt / mudDistributing and setting up of RVs in the service bays and Service lot for techniciansAssist with detailing the interior and exterior of RVsAny other items as directed by your supervisor, manager, or designateREQUIREMENTS :
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstractForklift ticketWorking outdoors in all-weatherMust be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.WORK CONDITIONS :
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Shift work required, including evening, weekends, and early mornings.Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull and carry equipment and supplies.Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required, including shoveling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment / supplies.Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment including power washers and hand tools.Wages - $24-$28 depending on experience
