Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and BSS domain expertise to lead complex transformation and delivery projects in the telecom industry

An initial 12 month contract. Full time - 4-5 days per week onsite

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS projects across the full project lifecycle
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Drive implementation and transformation of BSS systems including:
• Billing & Rating (Prepaid / Postpaid / Convergent)
• Charging Systems
• CRM & Customer Management
• Coordinate with business, IT, OSS, network, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and external systems using APIs and middleware

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience in Telecom BSS project management
• Deep understanding of Telecom BSS domains
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor Telecom IT projects
• Hands-on experience with BSS platforms such as:
• Amdocs, Netcracker or similar
• Solid knowledge of Telecom processes and frameworks (TM Forum eTOM, SID)
