Duties include repetitive bending pulling carrying high lifting and heavy pushing (up to 50lbs.) What you will be doing :
- Consistently offer a professional engaging and friendly service
- Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms colleague service areas & corridors while adhering to hotel standards
- Making beds changing sheets and towels
- Cleaning washroom facilities including toilets bathtubs sinks mirrors floors bathroom fixtures and others as assigned
- Vacuuming floors draperies and upholstered furniture
- Dusting of furniture and fixtures
- Stock guest room amenities
- Removal and sorting of linen garbage and recycling
- Assist guests with concerns and requests in a timely manner
- Placing furniture to its original position and being attentive to the guests belongings by pairing shoes folding clothes and ensuring that all other personal belongings are cared for.
- Comply with all department policies procedures and service standards
- Follow and proactively promote all health and safety policies and initiatives
- Report all concerns related to Engineering / Maintenance health and safety security or suspicious circumstances (including smells / sights and sound)
- Responsible for the assistance in maintaining a clean and organized backspace and housekeeping cart.
- All other duties as assigned.
