Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and monitor installation work with our team of technicians and subcontractors.
- Coordinate small scale projects using available resources.
- Project approximate installation completion dates and assign dates in appropriate systems.
- Make sure that installation work is done and closed on time.
- Email or telephone correspondence with clients to ensure that requests are noted and / or planned according to their needs.
- Issue and track purchase orders.
- Find resources or approved materials for installation projects.
- Create and manage shipments to technicians at remote sites, ie, Purolator packages.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of purchase orders, invoices and all related administrative tasks.
- Various other customer service and support tasks by phone or email
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electronics field or a related discipline, including at least 1 year of experience servicing alarm systems.Possess a valid Provincial Driver’s LicenseExperience and technical knowledge of security products and standards / codesAdditional Information
