We are currently hiring for a contract I.T Field Service Technician job in Timmins, ON You must have 2-4 years of experience in this role and have a strong knowledge of Windows 7. Experience in Desktop Support, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Hardware Support, and iMac. POS experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate would have good communication skills, be customer-friendly, and should be comfortable traveling long distances.

Duration : 2 YEARS (possibility of an extension).

I.T. Field Service Technician job responsibilities :

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
