Reports To : Manager of Member Services
Purpose
RMA Insurance is seeking a professional service-oriented Member Services Representative (MSR) to support our members and internal team for a maternity leave position. Under the direction of the Manager of Member Service, the MSR provides frontline insurance service and delivers accurate and timely policy support, and contributes to a collaborative, results driven environment.
This role involves regular interaction with members, Risk Advisors and other departments, and requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Term : This is a 14-month maternity leave coverage.

As the primary point of contact for RMA insurance members, the MSR is responsible for a wide range of service and administrative duties, including :
Responding to incoming telephone and email inquiries in a professional and timely mannerCompleting member transactions and providing clear, accurate insurance informationAssisting members with insurance questions, coverage explanations and recommendationsManaging annual renewal processes for various insurance policiesPreparing and issuing quotes for new and existing membersSupporting claims reporting when requiredPerforming data entry, document management, and filingAssisting with accounts receivable collection and statement distributionSupporting program report generation and internal reportingParticipating in on-site and off-site member meetingsAssisting with Spring and fall Conventions and the annual Risk Pro SeminarCollaborating closely with other MSRs, Risk Advisors, marketing staff and other teams as necessaryRequirements
