We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program governance, adherence to Enterprise delivery standards, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities :

  • Program Governance : Ensure compliance with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and by maintaining plans and executing standard governance processes for the Idea Prioritization and Business Cases. Interface with various project, finance, and business teams to support the GRM Governance and Planning Office.
  • Communication : Develop materials for various forums, including executive presentations. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Relationship Building : Foster a customer-focused culture to deepen partner relationships and leverage broader organizational knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail : Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for reports, presentations, and other documents. Perform tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
  • Proactive Support : Assist with the annual planning process and ensure alignment with Enterprise standards. Support the collection and review of information required for continuous improvement of reports for management committees and executives.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have :

  • 3+ years Analyst experience, preferably in Program Governance or GRM
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, compile, verify, and analyze information.
  • Experience in developing executive presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; experience with Python is an asset.
  • High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with GRM and EDF is considered an asset.
