We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Site Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in operating heavy machinery, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish, including synthetic grass and paving stone installations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and a 3-ton truck.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates and address any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
Proven experience in landscape construction, particularly with synthetic grass and paving stone installations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in operating skid steers, excavators, and a 3-ton truck.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work in all weather conditions and when feeling unwell.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Benefits :
