What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate and dispatch aggregate deliveries to meet customer and project requirements

• Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans to optimize efficiency

• Communicate effectively with Sub contractors Depot staff and customers to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

• Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues in real time

What Are We Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills to collaborate across teams and with customers

• Problem-solving mindset with capability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
