Job Description

GDMS-I is seeking a Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) to lead the evolution of its internal digital, information, and cybersecurity capabilities as a strategic enabler of mission delivery. Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, General Dynamics Mission Systems International as well as the Vice President, Information Technology and CIO of General Dynamics Mission Systems (US).

  • People & Culture Leadership: Build and inspire a 100+ person, multi site digital organization. Drive a culture of inclusive, hybrid work, continuous learning, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Partnership:Serve as a senior member of both the Mission Systems IT Leadership Team and the GDMS‑I Executive Leadership Team, translating business needs into technology solutions and communicating vision to all levels of the organization.
  • Performance & Reporting: Deliver regular reporting on service availability, security incidents, budget variance, and transformation milestones.
