Senior Experience Designer Strategy (Remote)
Our client in the insurance industry seeks a strategic datasavvy professional to support global Experience Design (XD) initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Global XD Strategy this role will help implement XD measurement frameworks and maturity assessments contributing to the advancement of XD practices across Canada the U.S. and Asia. This position requires strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills to demonstrate XDs value through datadriven insights collaborating closely with XD business and technology teams worldwide.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with XD leaders and practitioners across Canada the U.S. and Asia to finalize and implement a global XD measurement framework.
Drive the collection analysis and reporting of metrics across regional XD practices.
Conduct XD maturity assessments including interviews surveys and data analysis to identify actionable insights.
Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple regions to advance measurement practices.
Evaluate and refine existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement in XD strategy and datadriven decisionmaking.
Support Global XD Strategy initiatives as required contributing to team advancements in XD literacy design operations and consistent XD methodologies.
Remain updated on trends in digital UX and XD to ensure industryleading service delivery.
What you will need to succeed :
3 years of experience in experience design research or strategy user experience behavioral economics cognitive or social psychology or similar with a relevant degree.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the flexibility to adapt approaches for various stakeholders.
Strategic and critical thinker with robust analytical skills.
At least 3 years of experience measuring and reporting qualitative and quantitative metrics for UX CX or XD.
Knowledge of current digital UX standards and trends.
Experience with diverse teams in a collaborative environment; agency or consulting background is an asset.
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Miro with experience in survey tools CX analytics (e.g. Qualtrics) Adobe Analytics or data visualization tools like Tableau as an asset.
