Job description

What you’ll do :

Maintain HABS distribution centre inventory including regular, promotional, seasonal, and special buys required to meet the budgeted inventory and service level targets.
Update and maintain forecasting, buying decisions and parameters in Blue Yonder supply chain management.
Communicate with suppliers regarding status of outstanding orders and supply chain disruptions.
Update and maintain Vendor Master Files and clear invoice mismatches.
Other duties as required.

The Team : You will work closely with other Senior Procurement Associates, the Category Management team, and will report into the Purchasing Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and results.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and :

Level 8

Have one year of experience in the retail wholesale industry and two years of experience in the retail wholesale hardware industry.

Have a two-year diploma in retailing or business administration from a recognized post-secondary institute.

Level 9

Have a minimum of one years of HABS Procurement Specialist experience.

Have successfully completed the 8 course modules and workshops : Leadership and Professionalism, International Business and Multi-Cultural Skills of the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) program.
