Job description

What you’ll do :

  • Maintain HABS distribution centre inventory including regular, promotional, seasonal, and special buys required to meet the budgeted inventory and service level targets.
  • Update and maintain forecasting, buying decisions and parameters in Blue Yonder supply chain management.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding status of outstanding orders and supply chain disruptions.
  • Update and maintain Vendor Master Files and clear invoice mismatches.
  • Other duties as required.

The Team :   You will work closely with other Senior Procurement Associates, the Category Management team, and will report into the Purchasing Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and results.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and :

Level 8

  • Have one year of experience in the retail wholesale industry and two years of experience in the retail wholesale hardware industry.
  • Have a two-year diploma in retailing or business administration from a recognized post-secondary institute.
  • Level 9

  • Have a minimum of one years of HABS Procurement Specialist experience.
  • Have successfully completed the 8 course modules and workshops : Leadership and Professionalism, International Business and Multi-Cultural Skills of the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) program.
