Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Strategic Leadership : Act as the key connector among the Actuarial (CDAT), Finance, and Claims Legal teams. Your leadership will guide the cross-functional alliance necessary to tackle our most critical business challenges.

Analytical Insights : Independently address intricate questions, challenging assumptions and developing comprehensive root-cause analysis.

What You Bring to the Table :
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mathematics, actuarial science, finance, economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and analytical expertise.
A proactive leadership style, with the ability to work independently and inspire others without formal authority.
Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAS, VBA, R or Python, is an asset.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
