Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Hand Repair Technician (PCB Assembly) to join our client's production team in Newmarket, ON. In this role you will be responsible for performing manual assembly, repair, and inspection tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role requires strong soldering skills, precision, and the ability to follow detailed instructions to meet client specifications. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Perform PTH (Pin Through Hole) component insertion and other manual assembly operations on printed circuit boards.Use soldering techniques to assemble and repair components as required.Set up, operate, and maintain assembly equipment and tools.Ensure correct components are used and placed according to client specifications and assembly documentation.Follow detailed assembly work instructions, diagrams, and quality guidelines.Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs.Qualifications :
Demonstrated ability to perform manual PCB assembly including PTH insertion.Soldering experience required; certification is an asset.Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed assembly instructions and technical documentation.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to perform duties outside normal area of expertise to support business goals.Regular light physical effort, including repetitive motions, precise manual dexterity, and extended periods of sitting or standing in confined workspaces.Use of tools and equipment requiring steady hand / eye coordination.Occasional heavy manual effort, including lifting materials or equipment.Extended periods of visual concentration on detailed product assemblies and documentation.Must wear required PPEMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAs this position involves work that is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP), your employment offer is conditional upon the successful completion of a security assessment by Adecco and its authorized agents, per the Controlled Goods Regulations.
