WFH - Entry Level Management - Life Insurance
AO : Globe Life is looking for an insurance sales representative to join our team. This position is 100% remote with flexible working hours and ample advancement opportunities for driven performers.
New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor / manager to foster performance and success.

Requirements : Computer and phone skills - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs. Communication skills - Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.
Willingness to learn - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal / team goals. Relationship building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention.
